Payment Schedule

Just a reminder, here is the payment schedule moving forward:
  $ 200/person due immediately

EARLY DISCOUNT (total cost: $650/person) - For groups that register by September 30, 2019 and pay in full no later than January 31, 2020:
  $ 450/person due by January 31, 2020

REGULAR (total cost: $700/person)
  $ 200/person due by January 31, 2020
  $ 300/person due by March 31, 2020

LATE (total cost: $800/person) - For groups that register after March 31, 2020
  $ 800/person due by May 1, 2020

Refund Policy:
  - Full refund for any cancellation up to January 31, 2020;
  - A $75 Administration fee, for any cancellation from February 1 – February 29, 2020;
  - 50% refund for any cancellation from March 1, 2020; and no  refund after April 1, 2020  except  by approval of the Jamboree Chair.
